Get control of your emotions
One of the quickest ways to make sure that he never calls you is to pour out your
heart and profess your undying love for him. Though you may feel like doing this, you’ll only succeed in driving
him off. Think of how you communicated with him when you first met. You likely didn’t come off as being needy and
desperate. It’s more likely that you were self-confident and easy-going – not to mention, fun.
Self-improvement
You’re never going to accomplish anything by sitting at home and feeling sorry for
yourself. Although the only thing you may feel like doing is curling up in the fetal position and locking yourself
in your bedroom, you won’t accomplish much in the long run. Take this opportunity and pursue interests and hobbies
that you didn’t have time for before. Learn a new language, brush up on your photography, sign up for tae kwon do,
or finish your education. Whatever you decide to do, just make sure that it’s something you’re going to enjoy. As a
twist, you can learn a new skill that both you and your ex boyfriend can enjoy. That way, you’ve got an excuse to
meet up.
Appearance
Of course, looks aren’t everything, but they can go a long way to creating those
old romantic feelings. You don’t have to go overboard, just make that little extra effort. Change your wardrobe,
try a new hairstyle, and learn a few makeup tricks in order to create that physical attraction once more. Make sure
that the clothing you buy complements your shape.
Get your own life together
Refuse to become a wreck because he dumped you. Your life is worth much more than
that and you should be doing everything possible to create a better future for yourself. If you do happen to
reconcile, he’ll notice the new and improved you. If he’s thinking of settling down with you, he’s going to want
someone who is ready. That means he’s looking for stability, maturity, and a sense that he’s making the right
choice.
Getting your life together could mean anything from finishing your education, to
landing a prestigious job, to living a healthier lifestyle.
Though you may not believe it, the chances of you figuring out how to make your ex
boyfriend want you back are actually pretty good. After all, there was something about you that initially attracted
him, and there is a lot to be said for that. There is no reason why you can’t rekindle those old
feelings.
